2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily use DriveRent's services for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
• Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on the website
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials

3. Rental Agreement

When you book a vehicle through our platform:

• You must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver's license
• You are responsible for any damage to the vehicle during the rental period
• You must return the vehicle in the same condition as received
• Late returns may incur additional charges
• You must comply with all traffic laws and regulations

4. Payment Terms

All payments are due at the time of booking. We accept major credit cards and digital payment methods. Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the rental start time are eligible for a full refund.

5. Liability

DriveRent acts as a platform connecting car owners with renters. We are not responsible for the condition, safety, or legality of vehicles listed on our platform. Users rent vehicles at their own risk.

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our service:

• For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts
• To violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances
• To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others
• To harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate
• To submit false or misleading information
